Cancellations
If you choose to cancel your order once it has been placed we are more than happy to offer a full refund back to your credit card (less a $10.00 administration charge). We are unable to offer a refund on the day of dispatch as the flowers and gifts will already be on the way.
Deliveries
In the highly unlikely event that your gift and / or flowers are not received, please contact us on 1300 794 262 as soon as possible so we can investigate your order.
If you have given us a wrong address we are more than willing to redeliver you order with an additional delivery charge based on the new location. If the recipient is not at the delivery address you have given, our expert couriers will do their best to leave the gift in a safe location. If however we are unable to find a safe location our drivers will return your delivery to the depot, and we will contact the sender to arrange a new deliver time and date, in most instances, this is a free service, however we reserve the right to charge an additional re-delivery and admin fee if necessary.

Complaints Procedures All complaints should be made to Giftbasket.com.au via our e-mail at help@giftbasket.com.au or by phone on 1300 794 262.
We will acknowledge all complaints within 5 working days and investigate the complaint immediatlely. We will keep you fully informed during the investigation and endeavor to resolve all disputes within a few days. If necessary a full refund or exchange will be offered.

Typographical Errors
In the event that an Internet Sales Australia Pty Ltd product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Internet Sales Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Internet Sales Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Internet Sales Australia Pty Ltd shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
