Delivery Schedule Policy - Please note that deliveries of this product are made on business days only during business hours (9am To 5.30pm) to business addresses and between 7.30am and 7.00pm to residential addresses and hospitals.
Please refer to the "Shipping Information" link for this product above to check Cut Off Times for all delivery locations.
DELIVERY TO HOSPITALS AND SOME OUTER SUBURBS MAY REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL 24 HOURS FOR DELIVERY OVER AND ABOVE OUR STANDARD DELIVERY SCHEDULE. Please call 1300 794 262 to confirm delivery if required.
Cancellation Policy - If your order has not been shipped then we will be able to refund you in full however if your order has been dispatched we are only able to refund you your order value less the delivery fee x 2 (unfortunately all courier firms will charge us for delivery going to your delivery address and returning to our warehouse regardless of whether or not the delivery was completed to your delivery address).
Redirection Policy - Please let us know as soon as possible of the change on 1300 794 262 or help@giftbasket.com.au. If your gift has already been dispatched we will track it's location and then request the altered delivery location with the courier if not already delivered. Please note that the courier service will generally need to re-process the delivery through to another depot etc and t herefore a second delivery fee may be required.
Sale Of Alcohol – Gifts containing alcohol may only be purchased by and accepted at the delivery address by persons over 18 years of age.
Substitution Policy – Giftbasket.com.au reserve the right to substitute products listed in the contents of any product in our website due to lack of availability of the given product. At all times the substituted product will be of the same or higher value than the original product.
