Cancellation Policy - If your order has not been shipped then we will be able to refund you in full however if your order has been dispatched we are only able to refund you your order value less the delivery fee (unfortunately all courier firms will charge us for delivery going to and from your delivery address regardless of whether or not the delivery was completed to your delivery address).

Redirection Policy - Please let us know as soon as possible of any required changes to your order on 1300 794 262 or help@giftbasket.com.au. If your gift has already been dispatched we will track it's location and then request the altered delivery location with the courier if not already delivered. Please note that the courier service will generally need to re-process the delivery through to another depot etc and therefore a second delivery fee may be required.
