Delivery Schedule Policy - Please note that deliveries of this product are made on business days only during business hours (9am To 5.30pm) to business addresses and between 7.30am and 7.00pm to residential addresses and hospitals.

DELIVERY TO HOSPITALS AND SOME OUTER SUBURBS MAY REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL 24 HOURS FOR DELIVERY OVER AND ABOVE OUR STANDARD DELIVERY SCHEDULE. Please call 1300 794 262 to confirm delivery if required.

Cancellation Policy - If your order has not been shipped then we will be able to refund you in full however if your order has been dispatched we are only able to refund you your order value less the delivery fee x 2 (unfortunately all courier firms will charge us for delivery going to your delivery address and returning to our warehouse regardless of whether or not the delivery was completed to your delivery address).

If your gift has already been dispatched we will track it's location and then request the altered delivery location with the courier if not already delivered.
