DELIVERY SCHEDULES
For the period 10th December through 24th December our couriers experience an incredibly busy time. Every best effort will be made to complete deliveries within our standard advertised delivery schedule however we are unable to guarantee that deliveries will necessarily be completed on your requested day. It is possible in some instances that deliveries will be made as much as 2 business days before or after your required delivery date. We apologise if this occurs with your order. Please note that we are not able to offer refunds on gifts or delivery fees if this does occur with your order.

For Christmas deliveries we recommend requesting a preferred week for delivery e.g. week commencing 10th December, to avoid disappointment.

If your gift absolutely MUST be delivered on a particular day during the period of the 10th to the 24th of December please contact us on 1300 794 262 or
help@giftbasket.com.au and we will be able to quote on a more guaranteed delivery service which our couriers offer at a premium charge. The premium charged can vary anywhere between an additional $10.00 through $80.00 over and above our standard delivery fee depending upon delivery location and gift selected.

Do You Deliver On Christmas Day?
Absolutely no deliveries are made on Christmas Day or Boxing Day.

Do You Deliver On Christmas Eve?
You can request delivery for Christmas Eve however we strongly advise against this as we are unable to guarantee that these deliveries will definately be made and therefore suggest that delivery be requested for the week prior to Christmas.

As you can appreciate, Christmas Eve is the busiest day of the year for all couriers and while they will endeavour to complete all deliveries to the best of their ability, things can go wrong which may prevent your delivery being made and therefore delivery would then be postponed until after Boxing Day at least. Unfortunately we will be unable to offer refunds on gifts or delivery fees if your order is not delivered until after Christmas if Christmas Eve has been requested as the delivery date.

What Time Will Christmas Deliveries Be Made?
Delivery times will be the same during the Christmas period as for the rest of the year. Deliveries to business addresses will be made during business hours i.e. between 9am and 5.30pm while deliveries to home addresses, hospitals and hotels can be made as early as 7am through to 7pm although most will be during business hours also.

Please note that most hospitals require that we deliver to reception, mail room or nurses station meaning that while we may deliver the gift to the hospital at a certain time, it may ultimately be another few hours before hospital staff deliver it to your recipient. As such sometimes deliveries may not be received until 9pm at night.

Can I Request A Time To Have My Delivery Made?
We are unable to guarantee delivery times particularly during the Christmas period however you are welcome to suggest a preferred delivery time. We will then mark this on the box for the delivering courier to refer to and they will endeavour to accommodate you request if possible.

Do You Offer Discounts For Bulk Christmas Orders?

We offer discounts on both products and delivery fees for bulk corporate orders. The earlier the order is placed the better rate of discount we can offer. Please contact us on 1300 794 262 or help@giftbasket.com.au for a quote on your desired product.

How Far In Advance Do I Need To Order If I Am Ordering In Bulk?
If you are planning to make a large order, the earlier this order can be placed the better. Ordering early means that we can schedule your order into our production plans making it easier for us to offer larger discounts as well as allowing us to ensure the availability of the products included in your chosen gift basket. As we get closer to Christmas our ability to be flexible in terms of product availability and discounts will unfortunately become diminished.

If I Am Ordering More Than One Gift Going To The Same Location Do I Pay More Than One Delivery Fee?
If you select a number of gifts with product codes that start with the same two letters e.g. BB105 and BB123, we can generally discount your delivery fee or charge only one fee etc. Please contact us on 1300 794 262 or help@giftbasket.com.au if you would like us to determine whether a delivery fee discount is possible.

Please note however if each product ordered has product codes starting with differing letters e.g. CB104, BB073 and MB023, these products will be dispatched from different locations and therefore will need to have a delivery fee charged for each and will also be delivered at different times.
Can I Create A Gift Basket?

If you cannot find exactly what you are looking for please contact us on 1300 794 262 or help@giftbasket.com.au and in most cases we should be able to assist you with the development of a customized basket.
Do I Have To Place My Order Online?

We can certainly take your order over the phone if you feel more comfortable placing your order in this manner. Please call 1300 794 262 (or International + 61 1300 794 262) or send us an email at help@giftbasket.com.au to request one of our staff to call you during business hours.

Can You Customise Products For Christmas Gifts?

What Happens If My Delivery Is Not Made On The Day I Requested?

If you are advised by your recipient or are concerned that your order has not been delivered as requested, please contact us on 1300 794 262 or
help@giftbasket.com.au and we will follow up your order with the courier service to determine the reason for the delay.
