Gift Basket and Hamper Network
Companies that have products or services that can compliment the GiftBasket.com.au network are invited to become a fulfillement partner by joining the Alliance Program.
Who can join the Alliance Program ?
We are are happy to look at any established company that may have products that will suit this site and network as well as our valued custommers.
Our network only includes suppliers with the highest quality product both in terms of content and presentation. We will only work with suppliers who believe, like we do, that what you see on the site should be what the recipient receives. Suppliers should also ensure that delivery schedules are met as per stated on the website (eg: Same day if ordered by 11am).
We will only accept suppliers that believe like we do that "A happy customer is generally a return customer" which in turn will benefit the network as a whole.
We also require to see some samples or particular products as part of our product quality testing. These can be returned.
Note: We reserve the right not to display particular Gift Baskets or Hampers or ultimately a supplier's complete range of gifts that we feel may not be complimentary to our network. We also reserve the right to stop selling products from an alliance partner, should we feel that the products, service and fulfillment do not consistently meet the client's expectations.

How can I benefit from the Alliance Program ?

We will promote your products to the hundreds of regular clients that use the site in our network (including Flowersales.com.au).

Ensure that your products are displayed correctly and all relevant information pertaining to your products be clearly and correctly displayed.

Answer all pre and post sales calls and enquiries via our own call centre. Our call centre will contact you directly in regards to questions we cannot answer and respond to the customer ourselves. We do not require your office to interact at any time with the customer.

Process all credit card payments via our site's Payment Gateway.

Pay you on a fortnightly basis (less agreed commission). A shorter payment time frame can be arranged if required however we will charge the associated bank transfer fee if payments are requested with a frequency of less than every 14 days.

Promote your products via e-newsletters etc.

Input your products on our site at no charge to you.
